In the book 1984, The Ministry of Peace used telescreens to bring in peoples every move, so they did not do anything that was wrong, or was penal under the governments laws. The act was first put into score in 1978 by President Jimmy Carter during his second year in office. This act was revised during G.W. Bushs experimental condition in 2001 after the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.
I am for the warrantless wire tapping because it is used to find people that might be planning attacks against the United States and it could save lives in the future day.
