Limitless Theatre: a Descriptive Essay

Bailey Parenteau Composition 1 February 10th, 2010 Susan Borden Limitless Theatre; A descriptive Essay in that respect has always been a heraldic bearing when acting on set up. Before field of battle, I was caged; trapped and not knowing what to do to escape the iron clutches. Last summer, I was asked to choreograph for Masquers Theatre Summer Camps at my high domesticate that I just graduated from. Every morning for 2 months I walk into the familiar main hallway; my footsteps forebode back against the once crowded linoleum floor. Opening the theatre doors, the moodyamoor threatens to leak outside. Feeling my way to the a dispirit board I throw the light switch, the only light that bursts on is the percentage point light. I raise the house lights to a dimness that resembles the dawn in the morning. I walk to the lit stage, drawn to the light like a moth. Walking up the steps to the stage, the smells of downhearted paint similarly like a black Sharpie. As I stand center stage, silence envelops the space in a calm natural state. The bright lights meant to blind me; instead, shot me in a comfortable glow. The audience is empty; the chairs pour forth the shadows of previous audience members. The red velvet curtains frame the vitrine of the stage, adding an elder glamour to the stage. When I stand on this stage, I feel calm; free of the worries and stresses of the bothday matters that plague the every day. and once there are children; a cute life! -time that interprets everything to the to the fullest, the theatre is changed.
