We all necessitate healthy bones when we nark white-haireder, as I do it I do! There are several things that we imply to do to maintain our bones so that they go forth be healthy when we get old. To start off with we need to put one across sure we do plenty of exercises and keep our bodies moving, but not over doing it. Eating a healthy diet along with taking our required vitamins go out definitely keep us on track. I have also been told that wearing your seatbelt in your car and sleeping on a good mattress will help us maintain our posture so that we will still have that fabulous body when we are old and greyness!
The older we get the more fragile our bones get, unfortunately. Thats when the arthritis or osteoporosis set up set in.
