These basement rocks are of a microcrystalline complex (mix of metamorphic and igneous rocks) of feldspar and quartz. Feldspar is from a group of magnesium and aluminum silicate minerals (which are very normal in the earths crust).



Quarts is a mineral quiet of pure silicon and oxygen (which is also very superabundant in the earths crust). It has a pale olden complex and lies under the turtle keep going formations (convex crystalline structures) in mountain ranges in the area (namely the Black, Talc and Ibex mtn. ranges).
